1. Rental Agreement
By booking equipment with us, you agree to rent the items for the specified period. All equipment remains the property of Lula Coco LTD.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the rented baby gear (strollers, cribs, etc.) in a safe and responsible manner, following all manufacturer instructions. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment during the rental period, beyond normal wear and tear.
3. Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded in full once the equipment is returned in good condition.
4. Limitation of Liability
Lula Coco LTD shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the misuse of rented equipment.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
