Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans with a family can change. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Cancellations
More than 72 hours before the rental start date: You are entitled to a full refund (100%) of your payment.
Less than 72 hours before the rental start date: A cancellation fee equal to one day’s rental price will be applied, and the remainder will be refunded.
2. Early Returns
If you decide to return the equipment earlier than the scheduled end date, Lula Coco LTD does not provide refunds for the unused rental days.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (via Stripe) within 5–30 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
4. Damaged Items
If an item is returned damaged beyond repair, the full replacement value will be charged to the customer, and the security deposit will be forfeited.
